Commercial Area Rezoning Public Hearing: July 7, 1:30 pm

An application has been made to change the zoning in the Griesbach Commercial area, at Gault Blvd and Griesbach Parade, to allow construction of a 6-story medium-rise, multi-unit apartment complex.

Griesbach residents are invited to attend  public hearing to share their opinions on the project. If you object, this is your opportunity to have your voice heard. With Covid-19 restrictions in place, the hearing will be conducted remotely. You can provide feedback either by requesting to speak or by submitting written comments in advance.

The application has two components. The first is a rezoning: the applicant proposes to rezone the property from the Griesbach Village Centre Zone (GVC) to a proposed new zone, the Griesbach Medium Rise Apartment Zone (RA8g).
